MarioWiki Adventure 64 is a action/adventure/platforming game for the Nintendo 64.

Gameplay

The basic gameplay is like a normal 3D Mario platformer, but the objective is different. You need to go through 8 worlds each with 4 levels, in each level you find a key, you need 4 keys to get to the next world, but there are also 2 other keys in each level which are used for 2 other doors to bonus worlds which only have 2 levels in them. Each level normally would take about as long as a longer mission in Super Mario 64. Also before you can complete a world you need to fight a boss battle, which usually has multiple puzzles in it, which can only be done by certain characters.

Characters and Controls/Moves

Controls used for all characters

• Stick: Move
• C buttons: Move around the camera(does not use C Up and C Down)
• Start: Takes you to the pause menu

Specific controls for characters

There are 8 playable characters in single player, but in multilayer there is more(not sure how many more yet)

• Xzelion
  • A: Jump, you can flutter jump like most Yoshi's can.
  • B: He will stick out his tongue to eat something, after eating it he gets another egg that he can throw.
  • Z: Press to throw eggs, you can hold it down to aim using the stick, and stay in one place.

• HK-47
  • A: Jump.
  • B: Punch.
  • Z: Crouch.

• Uniju
  • A: Makes Uniju stay closer to the ground and be bale to go up walls.
  • B: Button Throw.
  • Z: Makes all his buttons act as a shield.

• Pokemon DP
  • A: Jump for all forms, if you jump while crouched you will jump at something with lots of speed.
  • B: Shock(Pikachu/Pichu), Roll(Jigglypuff), Energy Ball(Mewtwo).
  • Z: Crouch
  • C Down: Transform

• Smiddle
  • A: Jump, after jumping you can press A again for a double jump.
  • B: Punch, press again to Kick, then again for a combo move.
  • Z: Charge up for a Head Asplosion, one of the most powerful attacks in the game.

• Murzon/Lord Dice
  • Lord Dice
    • A: Jump HIGH
    • B: Punch, press again quickly to SUPER punch, do it again to Ultimate Punch.
    • Z: Pure Electricity (electrifies everyone near him, but transforms him into the weaker Murzon. Regain all of your HP to turn back into Lord Dice).
  • Murzon
    • A: Jump HIGH
    • B: Punch
    • Z: kick

• Snack
  • A: Jump, after jumping tap A to fly short distances
  • B: Makes Snack whack enemies with his Spatula
  • Z: Crouch

• YellowYoshi398
  • A: Flutter Jump
  • B: Tongue Grab, press again to Tongue Grab/Hurl Egg
  • Z: Charge/throw eggs
