Jabba the Hutt IS the most powerful "thing" in all the galaxies. Jabba is male, has no backbone and hates trespassers to his castle in the outskirts of Gotham City. Before he kidnapped the justice League and Warioman, he had ties to Wayoshi and Dry Bones.
Backstory
Jabba hired Wayoshi and Dry Bones to spy on Rupert Thorne 's operations. When the failed arsonist attempt on Mushnick Florist failed , the duo decided to lay low and Jabba wasn't able to track them down. With Wayoshi and 3D missing, he got his new majodomo, Darth Xzelion and when 3D came back to tell Jabba of Wayoshi's demise he ordered Warioman and whomever he was with at the time they came to get him to answer to him. He repayed 3D by feeding him to a giant ape.
