Mini Mr. L's are the product of hard work and sweat of the PLDS factory. there practically a mini mario mixed with PLDS.

Mini Mr. Ls are run by Crystal Coconuts but while in PLDS Space Station A radioactive storm passed through and ended up giving life to Boss and his crew.
