Thomas Sinclair is a reasonably handsome man who usually wears a Tweed jacket and matching cap.  He has brown hair, and gray eyes, and sports a small brown mustache but no beard.  He does not stick out much otherwise from the general populace.  Often can be seen smoking from an ebony pipe or checking the time on a golden pocketwatch. <br><br><br>
