• Chrome: customize->options->manage (default search)->Add..->name:mrquery, keyword:mrquery, url:http://mrquery.com/=%s

• flickr:flowers to flower pictures on flickr.com
• facebook:oded to search people named oded on facebook
• qr:something to generate a qr code for something
