Yes. The idea is that you're training under the signs in theory. But it doesn't restrict the extent of your learning abilities, no. I'm thinking about abilities of the same starsign as the user giving bonuses to their effectiveness though. ~NGG

Ah, I see. I have another question, can they ever simply change the sign, or is that a one time thing? - Kinhoshi
