The Guy holding the fish is a possible evil alter ego from a parralel universe, or possibly a doppleganger of Andy. He appears randomly like an apparition. He is commonly seen in reflections, in the dark, or in plain sight. (But briefly.) A few times he has actually replaced Andy.
