i love borscht, its one of my all time favourite soups. I live in central europa and grew up eating lots of beetroot since we are highly influenced by eastern europes kitchen as well. There are so many different ways of making borscht but each way is unique and tasty. i have to say i havent had a BAD borscht be3f#e&r82o0; mhmm
