Weapons
- A custom, albeit perfectly normal, hand gun.
Abilities
- Lady Fortune: She can bestow on someone a little bit of luck which will manifest itself in the near future - good or bad. This can be as little as finding a twenty dollar bill on the ground, or walking into a pole just as your crush happens by - although these little acts of luck can snowball into something bigger. For instance, someone finds a twenty dollar bill on the ground, and ducks to pick it up just in the nick of time - and the assassin who's looking for them doesn't spot them right away, leaving them the chance to spot first.
- Shadow-talk: Genevieve can talk to, and understand the language of, shadows. She can't control them. She can't use them to teleport or to hide. She can just talk to them, and they'll answer; sometimes, they give her some useful information - of course, sometimes they'll just gossip, or embarrass their owner. It all depends on their mood, and whether or not they're attached to a living creature or not. The Vendettas have an affinity for shadow powers.
- Threads of Fate: with this ability, V can see and manipulate the threads of fate. Everybody/everything has them. Manipulation of threads simply means she can carry up to ten at any one time, and if anything happens to those ten threads to change them, she'll know; she can also follow the threads directly to whomever or whatever owns them, which cuts down on any interrogation time she'd need w/ the shadows.
By simply seeing the threads of fate, she can (theoretically) see if anybody has a bright and shining destiny or a dark and dreadful fate; she can see whether they have a long time left to live and whose fate thread tangles significantly with who else's (i.e., X's thread is tangled up with Z's thread and not with Y's thread = X has influenced Z importantly, but not Y.) People who are very strong in some way have threads which are more visible.
- Resistance (Specialty - Supernatural): Mentally, she is stronger and more focused than normal people - and even some not so normal people. "Resistance" is a low level resistance to attempts to take over her mind (i.e., spiritual possession, telepathy, empathy, subliminal suggestion, torture, etc.). If she is aware that any of the above are taking place, she can push them away and continue to act normally. With effort, she can put forth a huge effort and push hard enough that there is a psychic backlash, harmful to the supernatural who attempted to effect V.
Personality
V is rarely anything other than cool and collected; she has a reputation for poise and has earned the nickname "princess". In times of danger, she tends to keep her head, although physically she is easy prey for 98% of the characters on Manga High School.
Biography
Genevieve Vendetta is the only daughter of Juliet Vendetta and Orion (see Orion Christoph Vendetta). Her father vanished just after she was born, due to the curse he brought down on the Vendetta bloodline. She grew up in the Mansion-in-the-Clouds and her interactions with people outside the family circle were strictly regulated. Except for the very carefully monitored - and brief - excursions, for most of her life V never left her family's labyrinthine home.
Most of her life is defined by the curse: that, before she turns 17, at any time, she will prick a finger on a rose-thorn, and then she'll fall into an eternal sleep, and when she does? Doom will fall on her entire family. And if she should die at any time before she reaches 17? That will count as eternal sleep: and the curse will fall. And if she should somehow make it to the age of 17 without getting pricked by a rose-thorn? Then she has two years more to survive, and only after those years are done will the danger of doom falling be lifted.
Most of the Vendettas treated V and her mother as second-class citizens: tolerated, but not unwanted. Although V was watched carefully and protected even more carefully, there was no affection -- only duty, occasionally touched with cruelty -- except from her mother and her mother's youngest brother, Michael Vendetta.

Chibi V
Chibi V is very much like her RP counterpart; cool, calm and very collected. She jokes as much as she normally does, poking fun of others in her cool little way. Chibi Amber is her best friend and Chibi Akai seems to have overtly strong feelings for her, to which she's either totally oblivious to them or she ignores it - no one knows the truth. The only reason Chibi V loses her cool is when she is given a rose, to which she completely loses her cool and blow things up with a Doom Cannon replica-knockoff.
