- The youngest daughter of the Vendetta family.
- The woman behind violin sensation Julietta Vee.

Juliet Vendetta could play her violin and, with the sound of her violin, force people to do whatever she wished whether or not it was something that they wished. This was not limited to regular humans or "low-powered meta-humans". She could also use this ability to erase and/or alter memories, cause somebody to feel a certain emotion, embed a mystical imperative/prohibition.
