In the beginning, he was simply an RPer. Someone who wanted to breath life into his own creations and have a taste of being something else. He first heard of MHS when playing at another, similar, board known as AHS (Anime High School). The original creator, Suzuki Otogi, was creating her brain child, a fledgling board know only as Manga High School. With the trivial squabbles at AHS becoming more frequent and large scale, Hellsy decided to move to this new, smaller board and try to make a name for himself there. It should be noted that the very mention of that board's name now causes Hellsy to pwn the crap out of whoever is stupid or brave enough to say it.

At first, there was little attention being put on the new board. It faltered several times, each more devestating than the last. He would return to AHS as often as MHS failed, only to become increasingly annoyed with the staff members there. Finally, a rift was caused between the two boards and a small faction, including Hellsy, went off to RP happily at MHS. This was the beginning of a beautiful experience in the board writing world and would soon lead up to the various adventures and characters that honed his writing skills.

A brief time after the final creation of MHS, some of the legends of Manga High started to blossom. Hellsy had made his first marquee characters, Alex Summers and Kagomi Okeikei, in that time period. Some reknown RPers like Rayd Legion, the_flojo, Merciah, and Nisha would all become apart of a circle of friends that would last a good while. These were always known as The Golden Age, when peace and prosperity reigned over the board. This was the time myths were made...
