Bulbasaur (Japanese: フシギダネ Fushigidane) is a Grass/Poison-type Starter Pokémon. Bulbasaur evolves into Ivysaur at level 16, and then into Venusaur at level 32.

Appearance
Bulbasaur is a small, reptine/plant-like Pokémon, it is green with dark green patches. Bulbasaur is quadrupedal, and has a bud growing from its back.
Habitat
Bulbasaur are rarely seen in the wild, but can be found in grassy areas, gardens or near large water sources.
Anime
Bulbasaur was first seen in the episode Pokémon - I Choose You!. In the episode Bulbasaur and the Hidden Village Ash caught a Bulbasaur which Ash kept in his party for the remainder of the season.
Game Info
Bulbasaur first appeared in Pokémon Red and Green.
