Feebas (Japanese: ヒンバス Hinbass) is a Water-type Pokémon that evolves into Milotic when leveling up with maximum beauty prior to Generation V and via trading with a Beauty Scale in Generation V.

Feebas is a yellow-brown fish Pokémon with tattered blue fins.
Habitat
Feebas is found in both salt and fresh water, and can survive in most underwater environments.
Anime
Feebas had a major appearance in the episode Ya See We Want An Evolution, aswell as several minor appearances in other episodes.

Feebas first appeared in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
