This section of the Specification will detail how the site is arranged, how it looks, and how it works. Content will describe what each section contains, and what users will get out of each section of the site. Navigational/UIdesign takes a look at how users will navigate the site, and what the art style of the webpage is. The Key Functions gives a description of the other features such as the Zoom tool.
