Role of the Secretary

a. to keep and provide the records of all Executive Committee meetings;
b. to provide for the arrangements necessary for the Debating Union to attend competitive debating events;
c. to keep and provide accurate records of attendance at all general meetings;
d. to maintain communications with other debating societies.
