Luigi is a fictional character created by Nintendo's game designer Shigeru Miyamoto. He is potrayed as the younger brother of Nintendo's official mascot, Mario. Luigi first appeared in the arcade game Mario Bros., where he was featured as the main character alongside Mario. Since his debut, Luigi has appeared in many games throughout the Mario series, often accompanying Mario as the central protagonist, but at times starring as the main character of his own games. However at times Luigi is usually in his brother's shadow due to his some-what cowardly personality.This causes some to believe Luigi has a dark side of himself...and to have pale skin.Like mario he wheres a baseball cap has on overalls.Luigi's cap has an L on it rather than a Mario M.He is in his own video games like Luigi's haunted mansion where he wins a {and without knowing it at first} haunted mansion,where he has to save Mario.
