Kooper is the second partner you will meet in Paper Mario.He is a blue shelled Koopa with a red neck band and an x-shaped bandage on his cheek.He is young and adventure-loving,with a dream to become an archaeologist.His idol is a Koopa archaeologist called Kolorado.At the end of the game he becomes Kolorado's assistant.
