The Delegación de Alcázar-Ensanche is one of the boroughs of La Luz. It is located in the northern part of downtown. It is bounded as follows:

by a line beginning at the intersection of the Alameda de la Libertad with the Golfo de Santo Tomé, thence easterly along the said Alameda to the Glorieta de San Gregorio; thence northeasterly along the Paseo de San Gregorio to the Bajada del Rincón; thence northwesterly along the said Bajada to the Escarpa de la Cuesta de la Virtud; thence northwesterly along the said escarpment to the Gran Vía Alta; thence northeasterly along the said Gran Vía Alta to the Cuesta de la Virtud; thence northwesterly along the said Cuesta to the Calle Alta del Hijo de Dios; thence northerly along the said Calle to the Calle del Portal; thence northeasterly along the said Calle to the Calle Bolívar; thence westerly along the said Calle to the Avenida del Solsticio; thence northerly along the said Avenida to the Río del Solsticio; thence generally westerly along the midline of the channel of the said Río and the Río de la Luz to the municipal limit of La Luz; thence generally southerly until the intersection with a line due west from the midpoint of the mouth of the Golfo de Santo Tomé; thence easterly along the said line and northeasterly along the midline of the said Golfo to the point of departure.
