Manga Fighter Boot Camp Events

Hello Manga Fighters!

Here is a list of the events that will take place for the Manga Fighter Boot Camp! Hope you are ready to train and give the GM's a challenge.

GM vs. Players (normal)
GM vs. players in a Team Deathmatch style contest (like previous closed beta events). In game prize will be 500 Don for winning (each player). This event will be held multiple times each day (2 - 4 games played). Winners will receive their Don the next day.

GM vs. Players (hard)
This will be a modified version of the GM event. Each GM will have a Battery Man card and they will be able to use it during the event. The in game prize will be 1000 Don and 1000 Campus Cash (usable for all GamesCampus games). This event will be held 1 time per day. Winners will receive their winnings the next day.

Screen Shot
We will have a daily screen shot contest as well (1 winner per day). Winner will receive 1000 don. Screen Shots will be posted in a new section of the forum. A sticky post will be made for each day. To submit the screen shot you must post it on the sticky post for that dad before 6:45PM Server Time. More details and rules for this event will be posted on the forum during the boot camp.

Delay in Shipping Prizes

We would like to announce that we will be extending the due date for the Forum Contest. The new due date for the Manga Contest, Naming Contest, and Fan Art Contest will be July 20th, 2007. Closed Beta 2 Complete!

Hello Manga Fighters!

Thank you again for your great work in the 2nd closed beta test. The test is now over and we will start to fix all the problems you have found. We will also go over your suggestions and make adjustments for the next round of testing. We really appreciate your hard work and we are happy to have such a great team working with us. You will help make Manga Fighter a great success ^^

Please remember that there are still forum events going on such as the Naming Contest, Write your own Manga contest, and the Fan art contest. We will extend the due date for these contest so you will have something to do until the next test. Test Focus for July 3rd

Hello Manga Fighter!

Today we would like you to report any HackShield problems that you encounter. We would also like you to test out the new maps and weapons a bit more. Please give us feedback on these new items. We have already received a lot of great suggestions so please keep them coming. Just a reminder that today the servers will only be open from 3pm – 7pm server time. If we get enough users to log on today we will open the servers for 24 hours again. Hope to see you all in game!

Server Shut Down on 07.03.2007

Hi MangaFighters,

We will close the server tonight at 07.03.2007 00:00 AM (PST / -7 GMT)

From tomorrow (07.03.2007), we are going to open the server for 4 hours per day until the Closed Beta Test II is over.

The schedule is...

  • 07.04.2007 - 03:00 PM ~ 07:00 PM PST -7 GMT

Fixed Bug [07.02.2007]

  • 1. Render related forced to exit (crash), provide us your graphic card specs
  • 2. MP3 related problem, provide us what kind of codec installed in your PC.
  • 3. Any log-in issue (if you can, please describe it more specifically)
  • 4. Any other issues related to HackShield, please let us know through HackShield Forum

List of Fixed Bug/changes

  • 1 – Don (in game money) bug has been fixed. Now, you do not need to sign out from the game to get your updated Don. Same thing with experience points.
  • 2 - Chatting list bug has been fixed (testers' name properly displayed in real time)
  • 3 - 1 Goal room has been deleted due to the exploitation
  • 4 - Cloud ladder at Flying Castle has been fixed
  • 5 - Effect of Keep Map's Skull has been changed
  • 6 - Effect of Keep Map's Wall sync has been fixed (properly displays now)
  • 7 - Pulse Gun's additional special effect rate has been reduced
  • 8 - F6 key has been changed
  • Previous F6 Key function - relocate the character
  • Fixed F6 Key function - relocate the character + suicide
  • (If you hit F6, your character will be relocated whilst you will be counted as dead - suicide)

Free in-game Money~

Hello MangaFighters,

After the maintenance on 07.02.2007, everyone will receive free in-game money"3500 DON". Also for all new testers, 7000 DON will be automatically distributed.

Hope now you can test many more weapons, skill cards and clothes~ And bring your friends to test out MangaFighter before anyone else in the world!
