Storyline

This is loosely based during the Three Kingdoms Era (which can be learned about through Romance of the Three Kingdoms and the Dynasty Warriors video game series). While there is mention of the aforementioned non-fictional characters, they do not speak and are not used.

Jing Mei is a woman who was married at her prime and has dealt with more than enough hard ships in her time. Her younger sister, Jing Daio, is looking to spice things up. What begins as merely a defence mechanism for their home turns into a goal to unify China under one single kingdom.

The two are met with lecherous men, fantastically strong rivals, disappointing descendants of greatness, saddening moments, and secrets concealed from the world.

Other Notes

This originally began as merely something to fill Makoto's time. With the help of her fiance, Douglas A. White, the characters were created and the plotline was planted. As with White Desire, half of the credit (if not more) goes to him.

This is currently being written on, and will probably be the first book Makoto has published. She is also considering turning it into a graphic novel. If not then, her request is that she is allowed to do the cover art.
