Patchlisting three sites: Canon's Farm/Banstead Wood; Epsom/Walton Downs; Banstead Downs. These will not be bothering the top third of the table, or possibly not even the middle third. Likes: Barn Owls, Firecrests and 'chats' Dislikes: Canada Geese when they get split into loads of different species. Ornithological achievement: ability to remember bird calls even though I haven't heard them for ages - until that dodgy pipit flies over. Ornithological disappointment: my world list. Ornithological ambition: Snowcap Hummingbird (world), singing Quail or flushed Dick's Pipit (LNHS)
