Effete, sarcastic and sadistic, and with a permanent aura of menace. Mr. Lord, together with his partner (or underling) Mr. Butler acts as executioner for the Lord Mayor and as self styled "moral arbiter" of London. The pair rarely attend gatherings, but woe betide a kindred who slips up while alone and brings down their ire.
