Never seen without his compatriot Mr. Lord, this intimidating figure rarely appears at public events. The pair are self styled "moral arbiters" of London, and it does not do any kindred well to upset them. Mr. Butler might be considered the "muscle" of the pair, and certainly it is Mr. Lord who does the talking while Mr. Butler...looms.
