Demon World

The first record of Walir we have is him being the assassin. Originally, Zenrai was the assassin, but when he was betrayed by the council he fled and they got a new one. This new demon wa slater murdered by Zenrai when he was trying to kill Timit. After the second assassin's death, Walir and Zaki were chosen.

He was last seen trying to kill the future toa when they were in the Demon World in an attempt to kill the Demon King. Zaki led their demons away, and Walir attacked the toa. But Demow was stronger than Walir and defeated him.

After this failure, the council tried to kill him and Zaki, but they got away and wandered. Secretly, they were being watched. And those who watched them tested them. They sent angels out to them. WAlir and Zaki were about to kill them, but realized that if they did they would make enemies with the Angels and then no one in the Demon World would be on their side. Passing the test, their watchers, Rioli and Geaja, confronted them and made them an offer. They were invited to join the Angel resistence, and they accepted. But after the Demon Uprising, the four fled. Zaki was drawn out of the Demon World by some myterious force and Walir went after him, Rioli and Geaja following.

When they emerged, there was no trace of Zaki. So, they wandered the world, trying to do good. Walir's past followed him, and darkness fell wherever they visited. Eventually, they met a toa named Shadow, who claimed to be good. After seeing him in action, Walir accepted him as a host and sealed himself inside Shadow. But he realized too late that Shadow was evil, and was none other than Lixan's shadow.

Powers

Walir was a demon of Death and Shadows, so he could take on a host. He could teleport short distances, and turn ghost-like, allowing him to go through stuff.
