Dr. Olimand Kossroth is the Leader of the Moderate Party of the Pontanore, the largest political party within the Caropsyne Pontanore. He has held this position since the death of Dr. Haldric Maldian. Dr. Kossroth is a Caropsyne Phett, born in Cezacia, the son of two teachers. He rose to prominence when he was appointed to the government of Dr. Haldric Maldian.
