"The DL Crimes Against Liberalia Act Clause 1 Any violation of the rules of the Democratic League (DL) by a nation within the region of Liberalia, as based on your username at the DL, or
Clause 2 Any violation of regional rules on the DL by a nation in Liberalia, as based on your name at the DL
Clause 3 will allow for the Minister of Security to bring regional charges against you, under the guidelines of the unofficial J21 ideals as determined by the High Court of Liberalia."
