The Culture Funding Act is a Liberalian law.
The Bill
"Culture Funding Act 1. 0.5 percent of Liberalia's budget will be spent on culture 2. Street entertainers will be able to perform in the streets with out having to pay money to the council or local authorities. 3. In schools students will be taught drama, music and art and be expected to have some knowledge of these subjects when they leave. 4. The theater will receive grants from the government 5. The government will not be able to take an form of media entertainment (Motion Pictures, Plays, Television programmes) off the stage, screen or air."
