Remus is a quiet soul, who could spend hours reading. He prefers to, actually. Excelling in most classes, save for Potions. He's very closed towards people, even to friends when times are rough for him. However he is friendly to everyone, unless you've crossed him the wrong way before or it's near The Full Moon. Normally it's best for him to stay clear of people around then, when the explosive temper comes out.

A naturally careful and thoughtful person. Also tends to be a bit more on the sensitive side - but rarely will he show it to anyone but his very closest friends.

[edit] Physical Description

A tall being, about 5'10" who's robes often hang lose on his slender frame. He has an ill look about him most of the time, pale, dark circles under his eyes due to his condition. Occasionally a scar or two. His eyes are a clear gray and stand out against his face and brown hair curls past his ears. Many will consider him odd due to his appearance.

Born to a half-blood family that from the start was not the most well off fortune wise, Remus had a decent childhood. His parents were very caring people and spoiled the child to the best of their ability. However an unfortunate night, he was dragged out of his house and bitten by a werewolf due to a conflict between his father, and a man named Fenir Greyback. His father erased this instance from his memory, but occasionally he'll have a dream of a flash of what happened that night. From then on there, he was alone, most immediate family wanted no ties because of this change. He was a werewolf now. One night a month, he'd spend in the basement undergoing the painful transformations and tearing himself up.

But--the Headmaster, Albus Dumbledore was a kind man and allowed him the chance of schooling. All he'd need to do was stay in the Shrieking Shack each full moon. So, he took the chance, was sorted into Gryffindor and (much to his suprise!) made friends who didn't even abandon him when they found out.

Most recently--he and Sirius (after a rather nasty breakup with Regulus Black) have declared themselves together.
