There aren't many legal wikis, yet. Those that I have found include:

Louisiana Law (new -- only basic content)

TaxAlmanac From Intuit

Anti-Lessig Reader

WikiCrimeLine WikiCrimeLine is a project, set up as part of the CrimeLine family of free updating materials. This is your unique opportunity to share your knowledge of the criminal justice system with others, for the greater public good. Everyone is welcome to contribute. The challenge to start a project like this was laid down by Professor Susskindin a speech given to The Society for Computers and Law, reported in The Gazette- I am sure that we can rise to it!

MCopyrightExperiences (only basic content)

WikiLaw "the legal resource anyone can edit." This site was recently redesigned. Includes Wiki Democracy, exploring ideas for a new government by wiki.

JurisPedia One of the older legal wikis.

Lawpedia A wiki for Michigan family law from Jeffery Zoeller.
