Sometimes the requirement is having your stats at a certain level, other times, it is completing a simple or complex goal, such as defeating a certian enemy or perhaps holding a certian combination of items whilst touching your tongue to your nose. Either way, no skill comes without some sort of price, and this price is usually [[stat:knowledgepoint|Knowledge Point]] (KP), though sometimes it may come at the price of your other stats. All skills are found in the skill pools, even racial ones, which are usually located in Race-exclusive skill pools.
