Busting caps since 1992
[edit] Description
Not everyone wants to directly bash opposition. No, it's not always the best way. It's actually, usually not a good way. Some people got the bright idea that you don't even HAVE to be close to something to hit them. If you use another object, and forms of mechanical energy as propulsion, and you don't have to do much work to incur severe damage. These skills enhance the way that's done.

- [200 EXP] Arrow swarm - (Any number of arrows you want. Suggestively, more than one. 5 EP) Fires multiple arrows at a time. Each arrow used in this attack drops precision by 1. The damage from the arrows is no different than normal.
- [400 EXP] Desperado's eye - (40 EP) For four turns, the character's agility and precision get a 1.2x bonus.
- [400 EXP] Sniper's eye - (40 EP) For four turns, the character's precision gets a 1.4x bonus.
- [400 EXP] Soldier's eye - (40 EP) For four turns, the character's vitality and precision get a 1.2x bonus.
- [100 EXP] Pistol Whipping - (0 EP) Allows an attack to be made with small arms in melee. The weapon power of the weapon is it's weight x2.
- [300 EXP] Arrow Crafting - (Materials to make stuff out of. 2 EP) Makes arrows from items given. A stick might be important. The components are: Head/Shaft/Tail. This takes time to do. Up to the GM.
- [100 EXP] Cartridge Assembly - (A magazine, and cartridges. 2 EP) Puts cartrdiges into magazines for ease of loading. The magazine specifies the limit, and the kind of cartridge used. This takes time to do. Up to the GM.

- [300 EXP] (Levellable) Quiver Reach - When using a quiver to hold arrows, a +3 bonus in agility is given per level of this skill.
- [300 EXP] (Levellable) Semi-automatic finger - When using a semi-automatic weapon, a +3 bonus in agility is given per level of this skill.
- [300 EXP] (Levellable) Bolt-action speciality - When using a bolt-action weapon, a +3 bonus in agility is given per level of this skill.
