Under Imperials

The Under Imperials are a military and socio-political organization based in the Underworld.

The Under Imperials split from the Imperials during the Imperials' Age of Expansion, travelling to the Under World to establish order there. After generations of isolation from their Aboveworld brethren, their culture and physiology began to change.

Under Imperials have grey skin and can see in near-total darkness. They have a harsh countenance honed in the dangerous Underworld, and lean more towards military totalitarianism than the Imperials. They view themselves as the enforcers of law in a lawless world. They view Imperials with distrust or even disdain.
