Perhaps started by Kiki Gamu and retconned character Shuuji Kimiko. Everyone knows that filming the embarassing moments of your grumpy host is agreat blackmail opportunity and a way to earn cash. Later picked up by the likes of Shinga Shikari, but she prefers photographs to film and hasn't seemed to bribe anyone with them yet.
