Xianthe is the self-proclaimed number XIII of Organization XIII, despite there already being a number XIII. Her title is 'The Illusionary Puppeteer'. She is a semi-skilled illusionist, specializing in appearance changes and 'shadow clones', and is also capable of slight manipulation of objects and people, depending on how weak they are to such magic.
