An RxI world created before Tsu had complete knowledge of the Tokyo Mew Mew fandom, FTMM was started sometime late 2003 {contrary to the belief that it came in 2004. And yes, Tsu still is miffed about that accusation}, and was originally the joint project of Suzume and Tsu. Actually, it was originally MasayaxIchigo, too, but, being easily influential by fandom at the time, Tsu thought RxI was the pairing everyone liked, and so went with that eventually.
Fairy Mew is the dimension Sugar and Anzu come from, and where a bunch of crackbrained concepts started. In the beginning, Sugar's sister was Razuberii Aoyama, Anzu didn't exist, and Minto and Zakuro had different kids, but, due to the usual "I'm going to go work on my own storyverse with my own versions of the characters" thing Suzume does, Tsu and her split Fairy Mew into two, the other world being Chibi Mew.
Tsu meant to rewrite episodes of FTMM after taking the story down from ffn, but lost interest over time, before abandoning the project late 2006/early 2007. The world exists, still, and is in need of some changes, especially after having a certain major character removed because Tsu doesn't want to play her anymore, and uh...stuff

- and finally, Keiichiro got hitched with Rei, although before that, he got together with some random woman that vanished off the face of the Earth conviniently after their kid was born. Why? Because Tsu doesn't feel like coming up with details as to who this woman is, but needed a parent other than Rei for Yoshino's counterpart. And no, the woman isn't who you're thinking of. That character's been erased from the record. Permanently.
In basics, people got together, kids happened, and the world was at peace until the obligatory villain group showed up and threatened stuff. Then we had Mew Mews. Anzu, too, but she doesn't count, since she's just a cat gijinka who could care less.

Anzu Shirogane
The sane child of Ryou and Ichigo. Has tried numerous times to do away with her sister, and has been foiled each time. Methinks she never heard of tying her to the traintracks.
Sugar Candi Shirogane
The insane one who has a middle name for some reason. Makes one wonder how she made it past primary school
