In the Kokoro world there has only been one known character resurrection to date.
In the Tokyo Mew Mew anime and manga, both of Shirogane Ryou's parents were killed when the fossilized remains of a Chimera the Professor was studying came to life and set the Shirogane Mansion ablaze. It can be noted that in the anime version, we never see either of them walk into or inside the building beforehand.
Due to this, it was decided that Ryou's mother, Elizabeth Shirogane, could have escaped the fire, although (as it was also decided) her husband did not.
However, Ryou's cousin (at the time of the event, it was a counterpart of Shirogane Shuugo) began his own Mew Project in America based off his relative's published notes. When that branch of the Mew Project was completed and the Mew Aqua was dispersed over New York City, all those who had died at the hands of the Chimera in that area were revived, including Ryou's father, Shirogane Jishou.
This resurrection did demand a price, however: the scientist had no recollection of who he was, but was later found by the family dog, Daisuke, as well as his high school friend, Max Mizuhara, whose family later took him in.
The amnesia persisted for about eight to ten months before Jishou could remember his name and family. The revival also had a fairly large psychological impact on Ryou himself, and is believed to be one of the factors leading to the dimensional split of October 7, 2006 and the creation of Kokoro Draft.
