I think that the countries should be organized with alphabetical order. For example in my opinion the Main Powers should be ordered like this:
- Commune of France
- Germany
- Japan
- Russia
- United States

I don't think so. I've added the main rebel nations as organizations (Combined Syndicates of America, CNT-FAI, Carlism) but we should better concentrate on writing articles for the nations available at the beginning of the scenario rather than on minor rebels like Formosa and Angola which have a low probability of achieving independence.
