PROPOSAL
This wiki is going to focus on Industrialist Charles Wang's proposal, "Long Island Lighthouse."(at first I thought this was like the Jones Beach Lighthouse) I will be discussing the proposal itself and what the new construction hopes to bring to the community. I will also offer a time line and explain the steps necessary to bring this project to life.
SUMMARY
The "Long Island Lighthouse" is another project headed by Charles Wang.(gotta say he owns the Coliseum,and give him a title like Industrialist or Business Mogul or something, as people may not know who this guy is) It's aim is to create a hub (what kind of hub, commercial, financial, transportation) for people on Long Island. The proposal involves renovating Nassau Coliseum (how?) and adding many other features.(like what?) This project will hopefully bring people into Hempstead, helping tourism as well as a sense of community for Long Islanders(Consider going more local, sense of community for the people of Hempstead).
RESEARCH
I will be using a few websites to get information, in addition to contacting various people involved in the proposal process.(Have any yet?)
