My interest is fairly different. My curiosity about the Martial Arts is entirely for Personal Protection. For effective and serious self protection. To Survive!
Therefore, although I trained as a Physiotherapist and am a Place Coach in the Fighting Styles
I REALLY DO NOT HAVE CONFIDENCE IN BASIC WARM-UP EXERCISING
There's the greatest danger that when you find yourself in mortal danger because the Mugger rushes at you you will mentally have to undergo them if you prefix your education with warm-up exercises.
There's virtually no time!
