Now I am not suggesting that you will want to pursue grand targets that have a profound effect on the globe around you ... rather, that you look deep inside yourself and unearth one thing that you have a passion to contribute to the globe.	+	In many offices across the country, there are transaction coordinators on staff who are shared among the office. While this approach seems practical or beneficial on the surface because the coordinator is in house and can be accessed by stopping by her/his desk. It's not always the best or most effective approach when explored further. There are many reasons for that, a few are outlined here:
-	What is it that you really feel a sense of need to do a thing about? What result in can you see oneself adding worth to? What neighborhood, national or worldwide projects are calling you to them and resonating with you? All of us will need soul goals that we can invest our hearts, our minds and our souls into. We all need to have to feel a connection with a thing bigger than ourselves. Its inherent in our souls to want to give with out expectation of return.	+	a. The transaction coordinator is paid by the office and has a job, which is not always exclusively coordinating transactions. Meaning, they could get pulled away from their job to help the other departments such as receptionist, listing coordinating or what have you. This means they aren't working on your transactions.

As you study these words being aware of what you know about your incredible untapped capacity you can come across a way to apply it in some way for the greater superior.	+	b. Interruptions! The facts are clear, it can take more than 20 minutes to get back on task after an interruption. That said, imagine how inefficient it can be if agents are walking in and out of the transactioncoordinators office all day long.
