Actually for the price of one realtone the whole song could be easily bought by you, and the realtone is 30 seconds of the song. Also a realtone costs two times as much because the polyphonic ringtone or the monophonic ringtone. But there are still a lot of people buying them.

Meaning, they could get pulled away from their job to help the other departments such as receptionist, listing coordinating or what have you. This means they aren't working on your transactions.
