Personality

Piaro is a confident and capable politician, who is skilled at delegation, and smart enough to recognize that he must trust others with the true rulership of a people he doesn't understand. This contrasts with his penchant for playing games of assassination, to the result that few quite know where he stands. One might infer that this situation is entirely to his liking.

Story Involvement

After delivering his masters true demands to the real rulers of Sand-Covers-Jade, Piaro successfully negotiated the conditional surrender of that city and was awarded the satrapy as a result. He has since governed the city with responsibility and insight, but has been frequently undermined by the Town Council.
