Halloween Hell (2016) is a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Incorporated Wrestling for the Rage brand. It will take place on October 9, 2016, at the Four Seasons Arena in Great Falls, Montana. This will be the first event in the Halloween Hell chronology.

No Remorse (2016) will feature professional wrestling matches that involved wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on WIW's primary television programs, Rage. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
At Clash of Champions, Kevin McAlmond defeated Chase Andridge to retain the WIW World Championship. The following Wednesday on Rage, Matt Borske and his brothers attacked and assaulted McAlmond before the event. Later that night, the Borske Brothers challenged McAlmond to defend the WIW World Championship against one of the Borske Brothers at Halloween Hell inside Hell in a Cell, McAlmond accepted the challenge by attacking Ryan Borske and powerbombing him off the stage. On October 26, Lehr announced on Facebook that Ryan Borske would challenge McAlmond's for the WIW World Championship the event.
At Clash of Champions, Dustin Simpson defeated Mike Bartlett to retain the WIW International Championship, although there was a lot of interference from The Borske Stable, after the match the Broske's attacked Simpson and took the International Championship. The following Wednesday on Rage, the Broske's put a challenge out to Simpson at Halloween Hell for the International Championship inside a Hell in a Cell match, Simpson quickly accepted and attacked the Borske's with help from Kevin McAlmond, during the altercation, Simpson got his title back. On October 26, John Lehr announced that Justin Borske would challenge Simpson for the WIW International Championship at the event.
At Clash of Champions, Sari Pasma defeated Kaila Matteson, Kelli Kerpa and Katie Axline in Fatal four way match to retain the WIW World Women's Championship. On the October 5 episode of Rage Victoria Lehr confronted Pasma and challenged her to a match for the title later on in the evening, Matteson interrupted and told Lehr that she was not done with Pasma and was going to take back her title. Later that night, Lehr and Matteson wrestled to a no contest, leaving no No.1 contender for Pasma's title. On the October 12 episode of Rage, the Rage Commissioner Rex Martin announced that Matteson would defend the WIW World Women's Championship against both Matteson and Lehr in a Hell in a Cell match, he also informed Matteson that if she did not win the title back, she would have to earn her next shot, Lehr attacked both Matteson and Pasma after the match was made.
At Clash of Champions, Josh Hooper defeated Brian Tobol in a tournament final to become the inaugural WIW Dynamite Division Championship. Tobol attacked Hooper before being ran off by Josh's brother, the following Wednesday on Rage, Tobol challenged Hooper to a rematch. The following week, Tobol defeated Hooper by submission, largely due to the interference of Ryan Gleason. On the October 12 episode of Rage, a match between the two was scheduled for Halloween Hell.
At Clash of Champions, the final match of the best-of-seven series for a title opportunity between Seth Smith and Craig Remsen in a double countout in what was said to be the match of the night. The following Wednesday night on Rage, Rex Martin wouldn't allow further matches and decided to put Smith and Remsen as a team against WIW World Tag Team Champions The Doomsday who had been already scheduled to defend the titles against The Enterprise (Matt Hooper and James Burdick), who had defend the Doomsday the week before to earn the title shot. In the following weeks, the Smith and Remsen continued to argue with each other, but somehow defeated Matt Hooper and James Burdick in a tag team match. The following week on October 12 episode of Rage, they were added to the title match between the three teams inside Hell in a Cell was scheduled for Halloween Hell.
In addition, a tag team attraction was added to the event with the debuting Team Arrow (Oliver Queen and John Diggle) facing off against The Authority of Wrestling's Daniel Gonzalez and Ryan Gleason. On the October 12 episode of Rage, both teams lobbied for a stipulation to be added to the match where the winning team would be added to the WIW World Tag Team Championship Hell in a Cell match. On the October 19 episode Rage, Rex Martin accepted the challenge from both teams to put the stipulation up.
