Debut and Women's Championship pursuit (2012-present)
Tayla debuted on May 30, 2012 episode of Wednesday Night RAW in a dark match when she defeated Velvet Sky, On June 6, 2012 Tayla was able to defeat the current No. One Contender to the GWF Women's Championship, The Lovely Lacey. On the June 27, 2012 episode of Wednesday Night RAW current Women's Champion Ms. Brooks gave Tayla and Lacey a match for the Women's Championship at SummerSlam 2012. A special on Tenille took place a day before SummerSlam with Tayla talking about her recent injury, her comeback and debut in GWF and if she won the Women's Championship at GWF SummerSlam on July 29, 2012.
