Acronym, stands for Poptastically Refined Intelligent Shit Music

Term coined by Schlock in response to growing criticism that Mamareeko S. Bench's record, Mamareeko S. Bench Vs. The Combined Forces of the Eastern Bloc, was not infact ISM. Refers to ISM records that stray far from the original form of the genre, the 'sound recorder' and chaotic noise sound pioneeered and perfected by the artists such as Ash and Hoodlum.
