We at Angel take our pacts and peace treaties very seriously. Consequently we don't make them with everyone, there has to be something that both sides gain from the deal, especially concerning pacts, we have to be sure that both sides are able to honour their agreement and reciprocate any help. Once you have a pact or peace treaty with Angel it will never be forgotten. This is an illustration of the connections that the top-30 alliances share with each other:

We at Angel take our pacts and peace treaties very seriously.
