| + | IDEO Reflections | ||
As I looked at the IDEO site I continuously thought that they are always taking things one step further. They do not put in 100% they put in 101%. Everything they do from their immersion environments to the way they organize their employees into teams is based on a purpose and a plan. Another aspect of IDEO that is worth noting is that they are constantly changing. Success is a continuous journey and IDEO evolves based on their successes (and most likely failures too). IDEO utilizes a vast range of resources and does not discriminate against "wrong choices" or "bad ideas". IDEO Reflections
As I looked at the IDEO site I continuously thought that they are always taking things one step further. They do not put in 100% they put in 101%. Everything they do from their immersion environments to the way they organize their employees into teams is based on a purpose and a plan. Another aspect of IDEO that is worth noting is that they are constantly changing. Success is a continuous journey and IDEO evolves based on their successes (and most likely failures too).
