-- Davidson College. The Department of Sociology invites applications for a tenure�track position at the Assistant Professor level to begin in the fall of 2009. Qualified candidates must have completed or be in the final stages of completing a Ph.D. in Sociology. Candidates are expected to be highly committed to undergraduate teaching and scholarly research. Areas of expertise are open. Ability to teach in one or more of the following areas is desirable: Race and Ethnicity, Globalization, Social Movements, and Urban Sociology.
