The Nashville Schools has started a brand new telephone information service that gives important information to parents. The Nashville Schools new telephone information service offer information about such school related information as: schools that are closed due incidents of snow, tornadoes or any other issues; schools on lock-down throughout drop-off or pick-up times; any essential parent meetings; an emergency situation at any of the Nashville Schools; and presence information.
Parents appear to need an easy process for communication between the schools and themselves. The phone system will be an automatic call out system that will call parents. The calls will be no further than forty-five seconds to show the value of the parents time. For college closings calls is likely to be made about half an hour ahead of the son or daughter is appointed to be selected upped by their bus. Nashville Schools Makes New Education Center with all the Nashville Coalition for Public Education
The staff and faculty of the Nashville Schools can have a brand new training center for professional growth. The newest Martin Professional Development Center will be finished with a mix of personal and public funds. The Nashville Schools Martin Professional Development Center is named for the work of Charlie Martin and the Martin Foundation.
This new facility is going to be located in the Eakin Elementary. The Eakin Elementary will be converted into the newest training center. This Center will replace the prevailing Randalls Learning Center which can be more than 80 years old. The new center is planned to start in October. The new middle employs weeks of work by the Nashville Alliance for Public Education to secure $3.5 million in reconstruction funds. These renovations will create a 10,000 square foot room that can be employed for a number of applications. Nashville Schools Martin Professional Development Center renovation will include development of the press facilities increased sessions and the structures faade will be changed.
Personal donations came in the Martin Foundation which has pledged $1.5 million to-the task. Additional contributions from the Orrin H.
