Karsis, the Suggestor

Known throughout the Hakiems Tribe as 'The Suggester', Karsis held the powerful ability to manipulate the thoughts of his opponents. In every battle, his subconscious sent out a wave of mental energy that forced confusion upon his foes, and then he would use their inability to concentrate to deliver barrages which they never even see coming and abilities which they never know to avoid.

He was the second of the L2 Hakiems chosen to hold a key to the throne room, but was killed when Leth shot him straight through the heart with a Light Arrow (FoG VIII).

Hallucination Wave--a passive ability that is always activated at the beginning of each of Karsis' turns. When activated, each opponent has a 50% chance of becoming confused for the next three turns (calculated by rolling a d20. You get an even number and you're confused).

Puppet Show--Karsis manipulates a random enemy's mind, 'suggesting' which target they should attack. He then joins his attack with theirs, resulting in a joint effort that cannot be evaded. Cost: 20 SPL. If the person he is controlling is not confused, also requires a successful Innate Check

Distortion Trick--Karsis' most powerful ability. Causes every opponent to become overrun with confusion for the next three turns - even if they were already confused. Their minds become so distorted so that they are forced to attack each other on each of those turns. Cost: All remaining SPL, but it must be at least 50 SPL.
